Is Envelope10 free?
Yes. Generate and print as many Envelope #10 PDFs as you need, directly in your browser. If it saves you time, you can support the project — that keeps it online and ad-free.
Are the layouts USPS compliant?
The template follows USPS Domestic Mail Manual placement for letter-size mail: the delivery address sits inside the 5⁄8″–2¾″ band from the bottom edge with side clearance, the return address stays in the upper-left corner, and the lower-right barcode clear zone is left blank.
Do you store my addresses?
No. Addresses are only kept in your browser's local storage, and only if you tick “Remember my addresses”. Nothing is sent to a server. Clearing your browser data removes it.
What do I need to print?
Any printer that accepts envelopes and a #10 (also called Com-10) envelope. In the print dialog, set the paper size to Envelope #10 and keep scaling at 100%.
Can I use a different envelope size?
Not yet — Envelope10 is built specifically for #10 business envelopes, the most common size in the US. Other sizes are on the roadmap.
